All booking is done through the Book Now page. Quotes are not required to book but are always welcome. Quotes can be requested through the Get A Quote page.

Yes and no! You must have a general idea of what you’re wanting to be able to book. If you come in and decide to change one of your tattoos to something similar, it’s not an issue (example: you wanted script but changed your mind on what quote you’re wanting). If you ever change your mind beforehand and are not sure if you need to alter your appointment you can always reach out to me via email at info@vixeninktattoos.com.
Please note, if at your appointment you change your designs, number of tattoos, etc, the minimum price for the appointment booked is still required; Adding or changing any designs can result in a price increase.
Deposit is required when booking a tattoo appointment. Deposit price depends on studio location. Deposit goes towards the cost of the tattoo.
Deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule, deposits are transferable as long as the appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellation results in forfeiting your deposit. If the appointment isn’t rescheduled 72 hours in advance, a new deposit or a cancellation fee will be required. Rescheduling is not an option for my Utah location.
Pre Care:
Get a good night's rest
Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water before your appointment
Eat at least two hours before your appointment
Come with clean, groomed, moisturized skin
Dress accordingly to tattoo placement, wear loose fitting clothing that won’t rub on tattoo area
Do not take any blood thinning medications or drink alcohol 48 hours before and after your appointment
Please Note:
Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
Cannot be on accutane and must wait 6-12 months after finishing accutane
Must be 18 years or older or 16 with parental consent. Parent must sign consent form at the time of booking and must be present for the entire tattoo procedure.
No children are allowed at your appointment.
Be prepared to have a doctors note for any of the following disorders (doctor must sign off clearing you safe for tattoo procedure):
Any chronic skin disorders
Congenital heart disease
Immunosuppressive diseases and/or treatments
Blood clotting disorders
Diabetes
Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
Cannot be on accutane and must wait 6-12 months after finishing accutane
Must be 18 years or older or 16 with parental consent. Parent must sign a consent form at the time of booking and must be present for the entire tattoo procedure.
Please disclose ahead of time if you have any blood disorders or bleeding conditions.

All deposits are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 72 hours prior to your appointment or else you will be charged a cancellation fee and required to rebook with another deposit.
Canceling or rescheduling your appointment within the 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service minimum.
Cancellation fees are subject to a 3.5% credit card fee unless you request to pay your cancellation fee via Venmo or Zelle.
If you cancel your appointment before the 72 hour window, you will lose your deposit. If you wish to rebook a tattoo appointment in the future, a new deposit will be required.
If you are later than 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and another deposit will be required to rebook. Please be courteous and send a text if you are going to be late to your appointment.
Same day cancellations or no call/no show will be charged 100% of the minimum price total for the appointment booked.
If your appointment is for a free touch up, and you cancel on the same day or no call/no show, you forfeit the free touch up and a fee will be required for another touch up appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled according to our reschedule policy one time. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, a new deposit is required.
Designs can be discussed prior to appointment via email. Designs will be designed AT appointment. Depending on the appointment type you may receive them via email the night before your appointment. All custom flash sheets will be received prior to appointment via email. Designs will not be received without booking an appointment.
Custom flash sheets are available upon request. Custom flash sheets are for half and full sticker sleeve appointments only and range from $30-50. Check the Custom Flash Sheets page for more information.
Yes! I do not tattoo palms, inside of fingers, bottom of feet, inside of ear, genitals, or inside of mouth. I do not tattoo ribs for the first tattoo; Clients must already have a tattoo (either from me or a different artist) before getting a rib tattoo from me.
Yes and no! I do strictly line work in color (with the exception of red); I don’t do any large shading pieces in color.
